Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with Signature Window Coverings LLC to provide various window coverings, including installation and repair services for citywide use. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $2,170,000.

Summary
This contract will provide labor and materials to supply and install various window coverings, including roller shades, mini-blinds, cellular shades, vertical blinds, motorized shades and exterior sunshades at various City locations. The primary user departments of the contract are the Public Works, Fire, Parks and Recreation and Water Services departments.
Procurement Information
An Invitation for Bid procurement was processed in accordance with City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.
Three vendors submitted bids deemed to be responsive to posted specifications and responsible to provide the required goods and services. Following an evaluation based on price, the procurement officer recommends award to the following vendor:

The contract will begin on or about September 1, 2026, for a five-year term with no options to extend.
Financial Impact
The aggregate contract value with not exceed $2,170,000.
