For $31,850 in payment authority to purchase the McLean Advisory Membership and the McLean Team Seat for the Human Resources Department. Further request an exception to the indemnity and assumption of liability provisions of the Phoenix City Code Section 42-18. This membership will provide the Talent Development Division with advisory-level access to diagnostic tools, research, and expert guidance to support citywide workforce development efforts. McLean & Company will supply competency frameworks, implementation tools, workshops, templates, assessments, and surveys to aid in developing a comprehensive, citywide competency model aligned with organizational culture and strategic goals.
