Description

Request to hold a public hearing on a General Plan Amendment for the following item to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related resolution if approved. Request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map designation on 8.00 acres from Residential 3.5 to 5 dwelling units (du) per acre and Mixed Use (Commercial/Commerce/Business Park) to Residential 15+ du/acre. This is a companion case to Z-59-22-1 and should be heard first, followed by Z-59-22-1.
