Description

Request to hold a public hearing on a General Plan Amendment to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related resolution if approved. Request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map designation on 15.25 acres from Residential 3.5 to 5 dwelling units per acre and Residential 15+ dwelling units per acre to Public/Quasi-Public / Commercial. This is a companion case to Z-27-21-8 and must be heard prior to Z-27-21-8.
