For $83,384 in payment authority for a new contract, beginning on or about July 1, 2026, with an urban planning firm specializing in form-based code for the Public Transit Department. This contract will allow for the refining and calibration of the Walkable Urban (WU) Code to support updates in Transit Oriented Community (TOC) areas adjacent to future High-Capacity Transit (HCT) projects, using remaining federal Transit Oriented Development grant funds.
