Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-158-25-6 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) and R-4 (Multi-Family Residence District) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to allow commercial.
