Request to hold a public hearing on a General Plan Amendment for the following item to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related resolution if approved. Request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map designations on 219.22 acres from 216.47 acres of Residential 5 to 10 dwelling units per acre and 2.75 acres of Commercial / Commerce/Business Park to 8.20 acres of Commercial and 211.02 acres of Residential 15+ dwelling units per acre. This is a companion case to Z-87-E-03-2 and should be heard first, followed by Z-87-E-03-2.
