Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-32-22-7 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to C-2 HGT/WVR (Intermediate Commercial, Height Waiver) to allow commercial use with a height waiver. This is a companion case to Z-SP-4-22-7 and must be heard first, followed by Z-SP-4-22-7.
