This request is for a new liquor license for a beer and wine bar. This location was not previously licensed for liquor sales and does not have an interim permit. This business is currently being remodeled with plans to open in April 2025.
The 60-day limit for processing this application is March 14, 2025.
Pursuant to A.R.S. 4-203, a spirituous liquor license shall be issued only after satisfactory showing of the capability, qualifications, and reliability of the applicant and that the public convenience and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance. If an application is filed for the issuance of a license for a location, that on the date the application is filed has a valid license of the same series issued at that location, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the public convenience and best interest of the community at that location was established at the time the location was previously licensed. The presumption shall not apply once the licensed location has not been in use for more than 180 days.

I have the capability, reliability, and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I bring extensive experience in managing and responsible alcohol service, backed by a thorough understanding of all relevant local and state regulations. I have implemented clear policies and staff training programs to prevent underage sales, promote responsible consumption, and ensure a secure environment for patron and the community. With a solid track record in understandning compliance, I am fully prepared to uphold all legal requirements and foster a positive, responsible establishment.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“My establishment will provide a safe, welcoming space while strictly following all regulations. I plan to support and be an advocate for veterans, military members, first responders and my community. Fostering positive connections, creating local jobs, and contributing to the overall exconmic and well-being of the area, I will maintain the highest standards of responsible service.”
