Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a Distribution Design and Construction Contract (4226278) with Salt River Project (SRP) for the design and construction of electrical facilities for City Project ST85160021 - Broadway Heritage Streetlights. Further request to grant an exception pursuant to Phoenix City Code 42-20 to authorize inclusion in the documents pertaining to this transaction of indemnification and assumption of liability provisions that otherwise should be prohibited by Phoenix City Code 42-18. Further request authorization for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item in an amount not to exceed $84,441.89.
