Summary
The City of Phoenix and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) to partner on a project to mitigate flooding hazards in the area of W. Olney and 27th Avenue. This right-of-way acceptance and dedication is pursuant to the IGA.
