I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I have been a real estate agent for 15 years and owned my own company for 8 years. This business will advance my skill set in the area of customer service. As a family man I understand how important it is to set example for our children through good work ethic. I be attending the basic and management liquor law classes to prevent sales to underage and identify intoxicated customers to whom I will refuse service. I am looking forward to building strong community ties within the neighborhood.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“This convenience store has been in existence for many years. Residents in the area are able to walk to the store to purchase various household items along with beer and wine products. I want to be involved with the surrounding neighborhood to assist in keeping the neighborhood safe and clean. I have a family of my own and know how important it is to live in a save environment and also offer convenience to residents that do not drive or have no transportation.”
