Description
For $60,0000 in payment authority to purchase outside mailing services for the City Clerk Department. The City Clerk Department will have an election this fall that will be conducted by Maricopa County. Approximately 900,000 notification postcards will need to be processed and mailed to each eligible voter in Phoenix. The City mail-room does not have the equipment nor the USPS software needed to process bulk quantities and special mailings. Funds will be covered through the City Clerk's operational budget Fiscal Year 2023-24.
