Report
Summary
In addition to these legally required public hearings, 12 community budget hearings were held from March 30 through April 16, 2026 for each Council District in locations throughout the City and in City Council Chambers through a hybrid platform. The budget hearings were advertised in various local newspapers and online. These hearings provided residents with multiple opportunities to comment on the proposed FY 2026-27 budget and were video recorded for viewing on the City’s YouTube page and on PHXTV. Residents also had the opportunity to provide feedback via phone and email. All comments were summarized and provided to the City Council.
