Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-3-19-4 and rezone the site from R-3 RI (Pending C-2), R-4 RI (Pending C-2), and C-2 to C-2 SP to allow a self-service storage facility and all underlying C-2 uses. This case has a companion case Z-16-19-4.
