Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-103-25-8, and rezone the site from S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to allow commercial uses - bank and restaurant.
