Description

Request to authorize the City Manager to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-20-18-4 and rezone the site from R-4 HRI TOD-1 to R-4 HRI HP TOD-1 for a Historic Preservation (HP) zoning overlay for 27-45 E. Woodward Drive and 49 E. Virginia Ave.
