Liquor license violations: In October 2001, a fine of $500 was paid for the sale of liquor on credit and purchasing from other than a primary source. I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I currently own one & have been in operation since Aug 10th 2001. I feel like I have leadership & knowledge to provide the neighborhood with a great place to enjoy.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
