I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I am a responsible adult, who cares about the safety of the community. I am not just the owner of my business, but I am also the top worker. I have the ability to monitor customers behavior, and distribute beverages accordingly. I am capable of paying all fees associated with the series 12 license. Myself, along with few employees will be attending the management training.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“We are a restaurant in the community that the people stand behind. We not only value our customers, but our neighbors as well. If we are approved for our license, we will be having a lecture for our employees on alcohol intoxication. This will assure the community that out staff has the knowledge to keep them safe. Our customers have repeatedly asked for beer and wine, and we believe that they believe in us.”
