Description
Pursuant to the Charter of the City of Phoenix, and Section 2-60 of the Phoenix City Code, Mayor Gallego has called a Work Study Session of the Council of the City of Phoenix for Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. located in the City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003 as shown in Attachment A.

Summary
Mayor Gallego has called for this Work Study Session of the Council to discuss and direct staff to explore, develop and present a framework for a Community Transparency Initiative and return to the Council within 45 days. Attachment B is the memo from the Mayor to the City Manager with additional information on this directive.
