***REQUEST TO WITHDRAW (SEE ATTACHED MEMO)*** Acquisition of Improved Real Property Located at 1746 W. Fillmore Street (Ordinance S-53032) - District 7

 

Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to acquire all rights, title and interest to improved real property located at 1746 W. Fillmore Street within the City's appraised value plus usual, and customary, closing costs. Acquisition is to be by voluntary purchase from Stos Partners 81 Fillmore, LLC, or other owner of the property. Further request authorization for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item.
