Title

Public Hearing - Certificate of Appropriateness - Appeal of Historic Preservation Commission Decision - 937 E. Granada Road

Description

Request to hold a public hearing on the Certificate of Appropriateness Decision by the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) for 937 E. Granada Road in the Coronado Historic District due to an appeal form submitted on Nov. 21, 2017. The Historic Preservation Commission upheld the decision of the Historic Preservation Hearing Officer to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness with an additional stipulation on Nov. 20, 2017. The appellant's rationale for the appeal is that the scale of the addition is out of context with the neighborhood.
