Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to enter into a contract with Budget Brothers Pest Control, LLC dba Phoenix Pest and Termite Control to provide manhole pest control services for the Water Services Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $2,500,000.

Summary
This contract will enable the Water Services Department (WSD) to apply insecticide treatments to manholes and cleanouts as part of its preventative maintenance program. This service supports the Department's ongoing efforts to protect infrastructure and maintain system reliability. WSD is responsible for the upkeep of more than 100,000 manholes and 8,000 cleanouts throughout the City of Phoenix, making consistent and effective preventative maintenance essential to operational performance.
Procurement Information
An Invitation for Bid procurement was processed in accordance with City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.
Four vendors submitted bids deemed to be responsive to posted specifications and responsible to provide the required goods and services. Following an evaluation based on price, the procurement officer recommends award to the following vendor:
