Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an agreement with AZ Locators, LLC to provide maintenance and repair services for the subterranean pipe locator equipment owned by the Water Services Department (WSD). Further request to authorize execution of amendments to the agreement as necessary within the Council-approved expenditure authority as provided below, and for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total agreement value will not exceed $50,000.

Selected Vendor:
AZ Locators, LLC: $1,950, plus taxes and pass-through costs for captive parts.
The Procurement Officer recommends acceptance of the quote from AZ Locators, LLC.
Contract Term
The term of the agreement is five years and will begin on Jan. 15, 2020.
Financial Impact
The total agreement value for AZ Locators, LLC will not exceed $50,000. Funding is available in the Water Services Department's operating budget.
