Summary
This final presentation in the six-part Phoenix Economic Overview series will bring together the major economic themes explored throughout the year and look ahead at the forces that will shape Phoenix’s next chapter. The Community and Economic Development Department will provide a forward-looking overview of Phoenix’s economic trajectory, including population and job growth, global investment, emerging industries, workforce development, infrastructure, real estate and quality of life. The presentation will examine what Phoenix’s economy could look like over the next five to ten years and what the City needs today to prepare for that future. It will connect economic growth with the workforce, infrastructure, development, and community conditions necessary to sustain Phoenix’s momentum and strengthen its long-term competitiveness.
