Pursuant to A.R.S. 4-203, a spirituous liquor license shall be issued only after satisfactory showing of the capability, qualifications and reliability of the applicant and that the public convenience and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance. If an application is filed for the issuance of a license for a location, that on the date the application is filed has a valid license of the same series issued at that location, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the public convenience and best interest of the community at that location was established at the time the location was previously licensed. The presumption shall not apply once the licensed location has not been in use for more than 180 days.

I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have been in hospitality for over 10 years & throughout my life have been known to be incredibly responsible /good citizen. I have great credit, growing up have always been involved in leadership, won outstanding awards, graduated from the honors school at ASU, & named 'Most Influentia Women in AZ' as well as a innovator by AZ Big Media & VOGUE. Now I am in year 5 in running the business & had several recognition awards from notable publications such as Shark Tank, Forbes, Delish, Food Network, etc.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“Part of the reason why I am applying for this is because of the encouragmente I have received from my landlord, tenants, & HOA. I see this as a tasteful addition & truly want to serve the wishes of my community. Part of our company mission is to do our best to serve the community & we show case that through providing quality product, our best service, & hosting community events.”
