I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have been a manager with my husband (now deceased) at this location. His recent passing prompted this transfer of the corporation. I have hired a manager and all my staff will be attending liquor law training including myself to ensure compliance with all state, city and county laws and regulations. This restaurant is a family atmosphere which caterers to the community.”
