Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-111-25-7 and rezone the site from DTC-Downtown Gateway (Downtown Code, Gateway Character Area) to DTC-Downtown Gateway HP (Downtown Code, Gateway Character Area, Historic Preservation Overlay) to allow for a Historic Preservation Overlay for KPHO Building (now First Studio).
