Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee to amend Contracts 156303 and 156304 with Western Environmental Equipment Co. and Instrumentation and Controls LLC to allow additional expenditures for the purchase of flow meters for the Water Services Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The additional expenditures under the amended contracts will not exceed $450,000.

Summary
The purpose of these agreements is to provide a variety of new flow meters, level meters, and associated parts from specific manufacturers that are integral to the City's water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Instrumentation and Controls' and Western Environmental Equipment Co.'s services include, but are not limited to: new meters, replacement parts, and maintenance and repair services.
Contract Term
The term for the contracts remains unchanged, ending on June 30, 2027.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $450,000 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the amended contracts will not exceed $1,360,000. Funds are available in the Water Services Department’s budget.
