For $15,940 in payment authority to purchase annual maintenance service for four X-ray machines for the Phoenix Police Department (PPD). PPD is responsible for on-site security for several critical infrastructure buildings within the downtown footprint (Calvin Goode, City Hall, Council Chambers, and 305 Mail Room). The X-Ray machines screen members of the public entering the buildings to detect prohibited items and ensure the safety of those within the buildings. The maintenance agreement and support guarantee immediate maintenance response when an issue is detected. The funds are available in the Police Department operating budget.
