Description

Request to hold a public hearing on the rezoning application for the following item and consider adoption of the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related Ordinance if approved. Request is to rezone the site from S-1 to R1-10 to allow a single-family residential subdivision. This is a companion case to GPA-DV-4-19-1.
