Description

Request to hold a public hearing on Rezoning Application Z-155-C-01-7 (Companion Case GPA-EST-2-20-7) for a Major Amendment to the Sunset Farms PCD to reallocate single-family and multifamily residential and commercial uses and to request City Council approve as proposed by Planning Commission. This item requires a public hearing and formal action and is a companion file to GPA-EST-2-20-7 and should be heard following GPA-EST-2-20-7.
