Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or designee, to accept all easements required for Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) 150385 for the Health Futures Center located at the southeast corner of 56th Street and Mayo Boulevard. Further request authorization to dedicate to public use only those easements to be used for public purposes via separate recording instrument.

Summary

Arizona State University is constructing an approximate 150,000-square-foot building for a Health Futures Center within the Arizona Biomedical Corridor in northern Phoenix. Installation of infrastructure and public facilities pursuant to the IGA will require various easements. All requirements set forth in the IGA will be met prior to acceptance of easements.
