Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-41-25-2 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow multifamily residential and commercial uses. This is a companion case to GPA-PV-1-25-2 and must be heard following GPA-PV-1-25-2.
