Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-5-22-1 and rezone the site from C-1 (Pending C-2) (Neighborhood Retail, Pending Intermediate Commercial) to C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial, Special Permit) to allow a self-service storage facility. This is a companion case to Z-47-22-1, and must be heard immediately following.
