Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to allow additional expenditures under contract 151334 with TW Associates LLC for the purchase of Chlorination Systems Equipment Parts and Service for the Water Services Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The additional expenditures will not exceed $3,252,500.

Due to rising costs associated with chlorination system parts and repair services, approval of this amendment is necessary to maintain operational reliability and compliance with established treatment standards.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged, ending on December 31, 2029.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $3,252,500 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $10,852,500. Funds are available in the Water Services Department’s budget.
