Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-4-23-4 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial, Special Permit) to allow self-service storage warehouse and underlying C-2 uses. This is a companion case to Z-36-23-4 and should be heard first, followed by Z-36-23-4.
