Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-9-24-7 and rezone the site from S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) and C-2 HGT/WVR DNS/WVR (Intermediate Commercial, Height Waiver, Density Waiver) to allow commercial and multifamily residential.

The Estrella Village Planning Committee heard this item on April 16, 2024, and recommended approval, per the staff recommendation, with deletions, a modification, and an additional stipulation, by a vote of 9-0.

PC Action: The Planning Commission heard this item on May 2, 2024, and recommended approval, per the staff memo dated April 29, 2024, by a vote of 9-0.
