Description
Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-2-21-5 and rezone the site from PSC (Pending C-2) (Planned Shopping Center, pending Intermediate Commercial District) to C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial District, Special Permit) to allow self-service and RV storage, and all underlying C-2 uses. This is a companion case to Z-21-21-5 and should be heard immediately following.
