I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have over 15 year management experience in the restaurant/hospitality/bar business. I have never had had any negative situations concerning any licence I have managed or had any violations resulting from service of alcohol."

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“The business I am purchasing, has been a staple in downtown Phoenix for 9 years. It is a local favorite to residents and business clientele, winning many awards from local media outlets."

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
