Report

Summary

On March 27, 2026, the AGO announced availability of Child and Family Advocacy Center grant funds with an application due date of May 12, 2026. The AGO worked with the Arizona Legislature to re-appropriate monies from civil settlements to establish a fund providing grant support to statewide Child and Family Advocacy Centers. To address ongoing need, the AGO is providing up to $100,000 for multiple, one-time grants.

If awarded, this funding will provide essential support to victims of crime who are in dangerous, emergency situations. Support may include clothing, hygiene items, and gift cards for basic needs, food and/or fuel.

Contract Term

The grant period shall commence upon award and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2027.

Financial Impact

There is no impact to the General Fund. Funding is provided by the AGO and does not have a match requirement.
