Summary
The purpose of this amendment is to consent to assignment of the agreement with Hadronex, Inc. dba SmartCover Systems to Badger Meter, Inc. This amendment will allow the project and project duties to move forward unhindered.
This contract provides continuous sewer flow, level, and odor monitoring using SmartCover equipment and software. These services are essential in the Water Services Department, supplying real-time operational data, automated alerts, and online access to system performance. This information supports effective management of wastewater system conditions and enhances odor mitigation efforts.
This item has been reviewed and approved by the Information Technology Services Department.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged by the amendment and will run through June 11, 2029.
Financial Impact
There is no requested change to the existing spending authorization for this contract as part of this amendment.
