Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-81-25-2, and rezone the site from C-1 (Neighborhood Retail) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to allow a commercial center.
