Request to authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to enter into a Letter of Agreement regarding Contract 154136 with Southwest Fabrication, L.L.C. to reinstate its contract terms and conditions and continue to provide traffic signals, streetlight poles, and related components for the Street Transportation Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. No additional funds are needed; request to continue using Ordinance S-47372.
