Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to make payments as necessary to Summit, Park Lee, Pine Crest, McCarty on Monroe, Pine Towers, Washington Manor, Phoenix Starfish Place and Santa Fe Springs apartment complexes in an amount up to $3 million over the next five years. The purpose is to finance ongoing maintenance and repair to address health, safety and livability concerns at properties operating exclusively as instrumentalities of the City of Phoenix.
