“Applicant's members have interest in importer and wholesaler licenses in 12 other states. They have held a wholesaler license in Phoenix without incident since 2016, as well as an Out-of-State Producer's license in Arizona since 2005. The applicant will continue to be committed to adhering to all applicable liquor laws.”
