Request to hold a public hearing and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to consider the Planning Commission recommendation by the City Council on matters heard by the Planning Commission on Oct. 5, 2023.

PC Action: The Planning Commission heard the request on Oct. 5, 2023, and recommended approval, per the Planning Hearing Officer recommendation, by a vote of 6-0.
