Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a construction services agreement with Salt River Project for relocation of facilities occurring outside of City right-of-way for City of Phoenix project WS90500295 Relief Sewer Project Van Buren and 52nd streets. Further request to grant an exception pursuant to Phoenix City Code 42-20 to authorize inclusion in the documents pertaining to this transaction of indemnification and assumption of liability provisions that otherwise should be prohibited by Phoenix City Code 42-18. Additionally request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the agreement will not exceed $15,854.
