Public Hearing and Ordinance Adoption - Rezoning Application Z-139-24-1 (NorthPark PUD) - Southwest Corner of I-17 and Loop 303 (Ordinance G-7463) - District 1

 

Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-139-24-1 and rezone the site from S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow a master planned community including residential, mixed use, commercial, commerce park, industrial and over 2,200 acres of open space that will be included in the Sonoran Preserve. This is a companion case and must be heard following GPA-NG-1-24-1 and GPA-NG-2-24-1.
