Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-190-25-3 and rezone the site from R1-8 (Single-Family Residence District) to R-2 (Multi-Family Residence District) to allow single-family residential.

The Planning Commission recommendation was appealed by a community member and a petition for a 3/4 vote was submitted on March 10, 2026. A 3/4 vote is required.
